built on trust, collaboration, and shared standards of excellence

Intentional & Community driven

At its core, the luxury wedding industry is built on trust, collaboration, and shared standards of excellence. This workshop was created to bring together the creatives who shape that experience—photographers, videographers, planners, florists, and content creators—and to invest not only in their portfolios, but in the businesses, relationships, and mindset required to serve luxury clients at the highest level.

This is not a styled shoot disguised as education. It is an intentional, community-driven workshop designed to elevate the individuals who make up the luxury wedding market—so that, collectively, we raise the experience for the clients we serve.

Who is This Workshop Designed For?

This workshop is intentionally inclusive of creatives working within the luxury wedding industry, including:

Wedding photographers

Videographers & filmmakers

Content Creators

Wedding planners & coordinators

Florists & designers

Content creators working alongside wedding professionals

While each role is distinct, luxury weddings succeed because of how these professionals work together. This workshop creates a shared space for education, collaboration, and relationship-building across disciplines—mirroring how luxury weddings actually operate.

Workshop Purpose & Philosophy

The purpose of this workshop is threefold:
Beautiful golden harps arranged outdoors under blooming trees.

I. To strengthen the luxury wedding community by fostering trust, respect, and collaboration among its members

II. To educate creatives on the realities of running a sustainable, profitable business, not just creating beautiful imagery

III. To elevate client experience by helping creatives better understand their role within a high-level vendor team

By investing in the people behind the work, we strengthen the industry as a whole.

Styled Wedding Narrative & Educational Flow

Key priorities:

Realistic pacing reflective of an actual wedding day

Lighting transitions used as educational moments

Group rotations designed to prevent overcrowding

Active facilitation to ensure quieter attendees are supported and engaged

Education is woven throughout:

Confidence and direction during high-pressure moments

Remaining calm and professional on wedding days

Why planners value trust and consistency in their referral network

Lauren and Jeff will actively help guide group flow to ensure balance, equity, and momentum.

Lunch, Transitions & Creative Momentum

  • Lunch is served during a moderated discussion period, allowing:
  • Models to prepare during this time
  • Attendees to remain engaged without losing creative momentum
  • The goal is to minimize interruptions and maximize flow.
  • Toward the end of the day, light grab-and-go offerings replace a formal dinner to keep energy high without pulling attendees away from connection and creation.

Partners & Sponsorship

Action Camera (Reno) – Supporting the workshop through education, potential discounts, and content coverage

Swoon (potential) – Gown loans aligned with luxury aesthetics

Goodie bags will be intentionally curated to reflect luxury standards rather than promotional excess.

Marketing, Profit Share & Vendor Benefit

This workshop is structured so that all participating educators and collaborators benefit, both financially and professionally.

Select educators receive a shared profit on tickets they help promote, encouraging authentic advocacy

Hosts (Lauren & Emily) assume the financial investment and operational responsibility

Profit is split 60% to Lauren (Founder) and 40% to Emily (Co-Host)

Guest educators benefit through revenue share, exposure to aligned clients, portfolio content, and strengthened industry relationships

This model ensures sustainability while honoring the value each contributor brings.

Attendance & Experience Quality

Attendance will be intentionally capped to preserve:

Education quality

Creative access

Meaningful interaction

The goal is depth over volume.
